Award-winning and proven executive coaching, to ensure a deep and personalized development for each Leader (20 sessions / up to 40 hours).
Leadership Action Plan tailored to each Leader, ensuring their development and commitment, while monitoring and measuring their progress.
Virtual support for one year, to ensure a truly attentive and committed customer service.
Training Pack of all the lessons as a guide of best practices for future application.
